LOCATION

Villa Marina is found on the hillside of Mavrikiano, 1 km away from the town of Elounta, 5 km from the picturesque fishing village of Plaka and just 10 km away from the city of Aghios Nikolaos. The city of Heraklion, home of the international airport and main port, is only 70 km away. The villa decorates a hillside with views of the sea, which is just 200m away.

HOW TO REACH

The closest airport and port are found in the city of Heraklion, 70km from Villa Marina.

Driving out of the International Airport N. Kazantzakis, follow the national road Heraklion-Aghios Nikolaos signs towards the direction of the city of Aghios Nikolaos. Just before the entrance of the city of Agios Nikolaos, you will meet a junction, where you will turn left towards the town of Elounda. Leaving the city of Elounda behind you, drive for a couple of minutes and then turn left on the hillside towards Mavrikiano.

Driving out of the port of Heraklion, find the closest entrance to the national road Heraklion-Aghios Nikolaos. Drive following the above-mentioned directions.



THE VILLA

It has a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a gym (with a walkway and a step), a bathroom with a shower and three bedrooms with double beds, one of which has its own bathroom. The sophisticated aesthetics of the area, the precise furnishings and the direct contact with the pool’s wet element are the elements that characterize Villa Marina’s ground floor.

1st Floor

Going to the first floor of Villa Marina, luxury also climbs up. Here is the large kitchen, which has its own veranda with dining area, for those who want to enjoy their dinner out in the evenings and overlooking the magnificent view of Elounda bay. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary appliances.

On the floor there is a large single space with dining and living room, tastefully decorated in earthy tones and luxurious furniture made of expensive wood. The uninterrupted views of the sea and the Spinalonga are unmatched in all areas, including the imposing master bedroom here, featuring a king-size bed and a large, modern bathroom with a bathtub.
